We are a student-run organization dedicated to empowering, inspiring, and educating one another through professional and personal experiences.

 

Women in Business made its way to the University of California, Santa Barbara's campus in 2021. Founded by a team of all transfer students, WIB was created to fill a gap we noticed on campus: a strong resource for female entrepreneurs.
